The Diamond Box’s story began in 1997, and to this day, the business is still owned and operated by the same family, now 3 generations on…
Having trained as an apprentice jeweller and diamond setter, our original founder, decided, after many years of owning other successful businesses. To return to his true passion and love of luxury to open his first shop in Harlesden North-West London.
Starting with just a few Rolex and Cartier watches and a modest selection of gold chains, rings and diamond jewellery, word soon spread about the great service and keen prices.
Customer Service Comes First.
Slowly as we built a loyal community and customer following, our reputation started to rapidly expand beyond just Harlesden and local North-West London. Customers came from far and wide as they had started to hear about how well we looked after our customers, how competitive are prices were, and the special collections and unique designs we were selling.
As our trade and reputation increased, so did the team and some of our original staff are still with us after more than 20 years and they are still serving and looking after customers who have been happily shopping with us since then as well.
Over the years, our range of luxury watches has also increased, and now
we carry an amazing selection of not just Rolex and Cartier, but all the
major watch brands, and its not just the selection of watches that’s
impressive, there is gold and jewellery to satisfy every taste and budget,
and a fully equipped workshop to repair and service your jewellery and
watches, keeping all your precious items in perfect condition.
Onwards & Upwards.
In 2018 the store moved to its present location in Finchley Central, where, with its beautifully appointed showroom, customers can take time to choose their luxury watch or unique jewellery in a safe, secure, and unhurried environment, and we serve great coffee too.
All of the products from The Diamond Box are also available online, and with secure and fully insured shipping, no customer is now too far way to shop with us.
Additionally, 2022 has been a significant year for The Diamond Box. We launched our collection of ethically produced lab grown diamond jewellery, Above Earth, Our dedicated watch website, Watch Shop London, and our sister company, Amelia Mason to showcase our unique range of contemporary jewellery designs.
During 2022 The Diamond Box has also been seen and featured in many of the national newspapers, spreading the word about our great service and selection, and introducing a new service to allow customers to buy, sell or part exchange their luxury watches and jewellery by post.
Over the last 25 years, The Diamond Box may have grown and evolved, but some things have not and will not change, great service, great selection and great prices from a family business that truly cares for its customers.
